Minnesota Spay Neuter Assistance Program's fully equipped veterinary clinic on wheels delivers low-cost, high-quality spay and neuter surgeries for cats belonging to shelters, rescues and low-income pet owners in Minnesota.

MnSNAP will be holding a clinic in St. Cloud on May 19th at the Tri-County Humane Society.

For more information or to schedule an appointment for a pet's surgery, please submit an online registration form** at www.mnsnap.org (or if you do not have internet access call 612-720-8236.)  The form can be found under the Pet Owners section of the website.  Once the form is submitted, you will receive confirmation within 1-2 weeks.

Please note ** All questions and appointments must be handled through MnSNAP.  The Tri-County Humane Society does not make appointments, handle in depth questions, or decied who is accepted in the program.

Additional dates are:  August 25th, September 9th, and November 18th.
